Churchill's Pub & Restaurant
Churchill's was a well established British pub in the heart of downtown Savannah
that was destroyed by fire in Oct 2003. This led to the construction of the all
new Churchill's Pub and Restaurant on West Bay Street. This opened in Dec 2004 as
one of the largest, and still most popular, bars in Savannah.
The initial focus of the website was to provide a forum for regulars and past visitors
to interact with the owners. This included a message board and photo gallery that
provided updates on the progress of reconstruction.
As the pub neared completion the focus changed to make it more of a marketing tool.
The data driven applications, which are easily managed by the owners with the in-built
control panel, give the site life and real functionality.
